4 Seasons Overall Gold
Most homes require regular pest control maintenance. Our 4 Seasons Overall Gold does just that. In Texas our seasons go from one extreme to the next overnight while rarely getting cold enough to kill many pests. The 4 Seasons Overall Plus is designed to address common pest problems we encounter in each of our 4 annual seasons.
During our first visit we will perform a thorough inspection of your home to identify problem areas and the pest that may infest them.
During our intensive initial service we will apply control materials to the interior and exterior of your home and up to 5,000 sq. ft. of the yard.
We then install up to 5 termite monitors around the exterior of your home. While these monitors do not control termites they do detect their presence. If termite activity is detected we will inform you and discuss control options if needed.
We will return quarterly to target the pests on the exterior that attempt to invade your home to ensure an almost pest free environment. We will also check your termite monitors.
If you have a pest issue between regular scheduled visits we will return free of charge upon your call. We recommend annual interior inspections and treatments.
Pest covered under the Overall 4 seasons Gold program are roaches, house ants (except carpenter ants) fire ants (house, perimeter and 5,000 sq. ft. of yard) rodents (interior glue boards only) pill bugs, earwigs, millipedes, crickets, centipedes, silverfish, spiders (except brown recluse) and up to 5 termite monitors.
4 Seasons Overall Platinum
If you want complete piece of mind then the 4 Seasons Overall Platinum should be your choice. While you get all the services and pest coverage of the 4 Seasons Gold, we add exterior rodent control. We add 2 exterior rodent stations to protect from rodent invasion, up to 3 if needed at no additional cost.
We will then seal small pest entry points ½” in diameter or smaller up to 6’ high around the perimeter of your home with Excluder mesh. Small pest monitors will be placed in targeted areas to monitor pest activity and the success of our control measures.
We add an additional 2,500 sq. ft. of yard protection for home invading insects; that’s 7,500 sq. ft. in all! Pests covered under the 4 seasons Overall Platinum program are all pests covered under the gold program plus house ants (all types) rodents (interior and exterior) scorpions, pantry pest, fleas and ticks and Excluder mesh as needed to seal entry points ½ “ and smaller up to 6 foot high around the perimeter of your home. Bait boxes and monitors remain the property of Overall Pest Services.
Overall Pest Packages
While many of our competitors offer similar package services, they require you to group several services together under one agreement which requires you to always keep all or none.
Overall believes in value to the customer. We will design a termite control program combined with our gold or platinum services at savings to you. If you need to drop one you can. Remember, we are about offering the services you need. If needed, we will design a custom protection program that will fit your needs and budget. You can change at any time.
Overall Mosquito Reduction Program
West Nile virus has become a serious threat in the north Texas area. We all need to take measures to reduce being exposed. You can do your part by wearing long sleeve shirts and pants, limiting time spent out after dusk and applying a Deet based repellent.
Overall Pest offers a program to reduce the mosquito population in your yard. The property will be inspected to identify mosquito breeding sites.
The technician will consult with the homeowner on proper methods of eliminating and/ or reducing breeding sites, and treat breading sites monthly April thru October using a larvacide. Rapid reduction of adult populations around the home will be accomplished by treating areas of the lawn and shrubs with a contact adulticide, also monthly thru the months of April thru October to reduce the mosquito population on the property.
Overall Termite Control Programs

Overall Pest Services offers several programs to protect your home from the invasion of subterranean termites.
We recommend first and foremost The Sentricon Colony Elimination system with Always Active technology. Sentricon is a baiting and monitoring system installed around the perimeter of your home without disturbing the interior of your home.
We recommend Termidor or Premise termiticide as an alternative treatment option when a baiting system is not right for you.
We also offer spot treatments to supplement our termite control options or for when a spot treatment is all that is needed.
